Sophie Rudkin and Jess Dutton, who have both completed internships at the Cambridge-based strategic marketing agency, have accepted the positions of Account Executive and Junior Designer respectively.
Sophie came to Mobas to learn something new whilst utilising knowledge gained during a Psychology degree. After working alongside the Client Services team for three months, it was clear that Sophie had made a lasting impact and provided an invaluable support on clients ranging from Novotel to MSD Animal Health.
Sophie said: “I’m so pleased to officially be a member of the Mobas team after joining as an intern three months ago. I plan to draw upon everything I have learned so far about account management and the agency as a whole and put it into practice in my new role here as an Account Executive.”
To further expand her skillset alongside freelance work, Jess, a qualified designer, joined Mobas’ Creative team earlier this year. Again, Jess’ talent proved extremely successful in delivering quality design to clients and she was offered a full-time role.
Jess said: “I loved every minute of my internship at Mobas: the wonderful team welcomed me with open arms while involving me in some great projects. So when the opportunity arose to become a full-time Designer here, I couldn’t say yes quickly enough!”
Robin Bryant, Joint Managing Director at Mobas, said: “We have some hugely experienced marketing professionals at Mobas, but we also recognise the immense value of bringing on board those who are at the start of their careers. Sophie and Jess have fitted seamlessly into the growing team, and we envisage that their ability and drive will take them from strength to strength as Mobas continues to grow and we nurture their professional development.”
