Mobas is proud to announce its client, Ellgia Recycling, has picked up an impressive four awards at this year’s Ely Business Awards.
Ellgia Recycling, the leading waste management company, scooped the coveted Business of the Year Award, as well as Medium Business of the Year, Customer Service of the Year and Steve Crook, managing director of Ellgia Recycling, was named Business Person of the Year Award 2015.
The renowned regional annual awards were this year held at the Lady Chapel, Ely Cathedral, to celebrate excellence and innovation of businesses in Ely.
Mobas took on Ellgia Recycling’s PR activity in June and since then has worked to boost its regional profile and coverage. Part of this was to compile and submit its awards entries for the Ely Business Awards – the first set of awards that the company has ever entered.
Steve Crook, managing director at Ellgia Recycling, said: “The Ely Business Awards are a real celebration of the best that the region has to offer and we’re extremely proud to have scooped four awards for our devotion and vision for waste management.
This is the first time we have entered any awards and with the support of the Mobas team we have achieved something very special.”
Becky Lamont, Director of PR and Content at Mobas, says: “Awards are a great PR tool and are an opportunity for a business to review its success’ and celebrate them. We have greatly enjoyed our work with the passionate team at Ellgia Recycling and these awards are thoroughly deserved. Well done to Steve, Joe and all the team, and here’s to many more!”
